Professor Michael Anderson is an internationally recognised educational leader in educational transformation, creativity and the arts. He researches and teaches in creativity, the arts and transformation.
This work directly demonstrates how schools can drive transformation through creativity, collaboration, communication and critical reflection (the 4Cs). Michael is Professor of Arts and Creativity Education at The University of Sydney, Co-Director of the CREATE Centre.
He is co-founder of 4C Transformative Learning and 4C Organizations that work with organisations in education and beyond to make transformation a reality.
He is co-author of several books on transformation including Transforming SchoolsTransforming Organizations and Transforming Education .
Michael has also researched and published widely in drama and arts education, applied theatre, technology and curriculum studies. Michael co-created the Creative Leadership in Learning Program for the Sydney Opera House and several other programs that drive transformation in education and other organizations.  He is a sought after consultant, keynote speaker and advisor to organizations, schools and education systems.
